I always have the best experience when I go there. As a girl with an expensive car I find it hard to find an honest mechanic. But these guys have always been honest and have great prices. They are friendly and it is a wonderful place to get your car fixed.

Their stuff is useful, prices are fair. They don't over charge for useless things and very honest with the specific problems I have with my car. A place I like to go.

Great staff always done on time

Active Green + Ross on upper James is absolutely the best place to go to. I have been going to the upper James location for over a year and have never had to worry about them charging me for things that don't need to be repaired on my car. Ladies, if you feel the way I use to about mechanic shops than go to the upper James location, I promise your worries will also dissipate. I trust these guys 100%!!!

I had a tire blow on the way to work and I stopped in to see if they could fix the tire. They immediately attended to my vehicle, fixed the tire and had me on my way within 30 minutes. The service advisors (Mike and Kent I believe), were outstanding and so easy to deal with. I will be bringing all my future service to this location.
