I've been coming to the Upper James AG&R location for years now and have always recieved great service from their team. The few times I've had to go somewhere else to get my car serviced, I have constantly dealt with 'salesy' people, telling me I need to get various things done to my car. The team here is honest and they have never pushed me to get unnecessary work done to my car.

Came into AG&R today and the service was amazing. Al worked on our Cadillac and was extremely helpful and even came out to talk me through what he needed to do to fix it. Single handedly the best service I've had at a mechanic in quite some time. My wife dealt with Frank earlier this week and loved the convo about his new statues. Great customer service all around. Have been going here with my car for awhile and the staff has always been very friendly and honest. As a student with a low budget they’ve helped me get by with fixing what is necessary to get my car to drive (Until it finally died for good this weekend).
