I've been going to this location for a couple of years now. The expertise and friendliness from Mike at the desk to Al in the shop is phenominal. Unlike past experiences at other big name shops, I fully trust these people. When you have someone who doesn't charge for a "quick inspection" or tells you that certain things can be looked after at a later date, you tend to want to deal with them on a regular basis. I highly recommend this shop and it's staff to anyone who needs any type of auto repair. When you ask to have something repaired, they never tell you there are 6 other things wrong, which will cost you $$$$. Good people all around.

I had the unfortunate luck of driving over a large bolt/ screw not one but twice in about a two week period. First the rear ...not fixable , two new tires Then again just the other night the front tire ... again not fixable. Do here I am getting two more new Michelin’s for the front. The staff here at the upper James location were awesome to deal with. Honest and professional. I hope I don’t have to see them anytime soon again lol But if I do, at least I have hazard protection on all the tires now.

Excellent!! Can tell they are interested in keeping our cars top notch, but with what is necessary. Have flexible, personal touch, not like a 'factory' garage. I went for some tires and showed them the web recommendation. They saved me some money with what was better specs for my car.

I have nothing but good things to say! One of the few places that a woman and anyone with little vehicle knowledge can go and be treated fairly only the work that is required. Very friendly staff
