I must say that active green and Ross at 955 upper James service is superior. Excellent service throughout my visit. They changed the oil and inspected my car thoroughly, In addition they replaced a burned out headlight and replaced my wipers. Staff explained each charge on the bill and applied a discount where appropriate. It is refreshing to have had such a positive experience, and be sent away with a better running vehicle as the result of exemplary service during the entire visit. There should be more professionals like Mike. Tom and Jim who exhibits integrity, consideration, and care for customer satisfaction. As a result, I would recommend Active green and ross to anyone I meet.

Love this place. By far the cheapest oil change I've found for my van. Rarely have to wait for an appointment and they're very quick and professional. I like how they put a sticker on your windshield telling you when to go back. My last oil change I had gone way over the previous sticker so as I pulled in I started frantically trying to peel off the previous sticker to avoid judgement. This did not work, and in hindsight they probably had my last oil change on file anyway.
