Their stuff is useful, prices are fair. They don't over charge for useless things and very honest with the specific problems I have with my car. A place I like to go.

Active Green + Ross on upper James is absolutely the best place to go to. Being a female I have always worried about mechanic shops ripping me off as I am not too inclined when it comes to vehicle parts and costs but Active Green + Ross have washed that worry away. I have been going to the upper James location for over a year and have never had to worry about them charging me for things that don't need to be repaired on my car. Ladies, if you feel the way I use to about mechanic shops than go to the upper James location, I promise your worries will also dissipate. I trust these guys 100%!!!
