Bringing my car for service has always been a hassle...until I found this place. I never take time to write reviews, However, this one is a MUST! AAA mechanics and service! These guys know what they're doing & are extremely honest, knowledgeable, friendly & reliable. Mike makes me feel very comfortable coming here and I will 100% be bringing my car back! Absolutely excellent service at activegreenross.-73. I had the unusual issue of a spark plug popping out of the block (2007 Acura TL). The Acura dealership I normally serviced the car at reported I needed to replace the cylinder head at a cost that was more than the car was worth. I had the car towed to Active Green and Ross and the car was repaired for a few hundred dollars. I'll stick with Active Green and Ross for all my future car service needs.

Recently went in to get my rear brakes done as well as swop my winter tires. Mike was cordial and efficient. Price was fair and he over-delivered with regards to service and upgrade on parts.

Made an appointment to get an alignment done and I was in and out in an hour. Spoke to Mike when I arrived, service was efficient and he was wonderful to deal with. The mechanic did not try to sell or push extra services on me and understood I just wanted a specific service completed. I was comfortable and more then happy when I walked out of the service center. They actually caught a few smaller issues and corrected them free of charge. It's a small gesture that is greatly appreciated. Thank you to Mike and team.

Great customer service. Friendly staff and efficient work. Went in for a tire swap and it was done in about 50 minutes!
