I can't say enough good things about this location! I've gone here for years to change my tires, but after my own dealership refused to look at my broken A/C for at least a month, I thought to call them and they let me come in day of! They found the problem, and even fixed it that day. They even went out to get the part that needed to be replaced because it wasn't in stock. Above and beyond customer service. They explained and showed me what wrong and what needed fixing, and as someone who doesn't know cars all that well, I appreciated that a lot. thanks Mike and everyone else at this Active Green + Ross location for everything! I'll definitely be back!

Many places don't want to deal with the claims as they prefer to have a great reputation, means ZERO customer service and basically you are on your own. Mike, thanks a lot for not giving up on clients.I truly appreciate that. Highly recommended !!!

Great place, the guy at the front desk really seemed to know what he was talking about. He was very honest and told me what need to be done right away and what could wait. Couldn't be happier with the service that I received. Toronto needs more shops like this one.

Good price, honest and customer service

I stopped going to my Lexus dealership and changed to this location. I work close by so I thought i would give it a try, and it has been great since my first visit. Very professional, up front, and friendly service.
