Fantastic service! I’ve come here previously and had a good experience so when I woke up Monday morning to a completely flat tire I called them immediately. Chris even provided me with a phone number for a great towing service who helped me put on my spare tire, all done within less than an hour! When I arrived at Active Green+Ross, I was warmly greeted and taken care of immediately. They found a nail in my tire and replaced it within 20 minutes! The entire experience was warm, friendly and extremely quick. Definitely going back for all my car needs!

I had brought my car to my Hyundai dealership 3 times to have a specific noise looked into. After being sent away the second time telling me nothing is wrong with my vehicle and replacing 2 different parts costing a total of $1300, the noise was still evident and getting worse as time goes by. I was recommended to bring it to this active green and ross and talk to the mechanic Brian. Brian came on a test drive with me and after seconds heard the noise and thought he knew what it was. We brought the vehicle back and brian hoisted up the vehicle and showed me the very visible crack in both my suspension coils (i think that's what they are called). I am so grateful that he was able to find the problem and fix it within a couple of hours. For months i had been very stressed about driving and my safety. Everyone there was down to earth and empathetic with my situation. Great customer service! Thanks Brian and team! Ill be back for sure!

Oh Leanne the the supervisor was fantastic and I really appreciated all the work she did Brian the technician that worked on the car was professional and knew my situation off the top of his head without looking at the computer these people make you feel like a family I've been coming here since 1991 but this last group of owners a Chris and Lindsay Run a terrific shop I'm happy to come back consistently each year Repeat visit continued positive remarks from me. You know the old adage ,bring your tires in and of course you'll need a tire balancing this much and this much and you will need this and that etc..., not the case during this visit May 2 2019 seasonal tires put back on the car no problem no charge. Great family business and working hard to keep me coming back. Thanks Chris and Lindsey always a pleasure. IF you need work done they will tell you if not they won't up sell.

Lindsay and her team are helpful, honest and professional. The only place I’ll take my car for tires, repairs and simple tuneups.

Absolutely amazing service by Lindsay. Went throw one of the worst times in life when I lent my car to a friend and It was in a accident. From start to finish Lindsay walked me throw everything took the stress I was felling away. I came in to get my car she was supper friendly my car looked exactly like what it did before the accident . Well defenatly recommend to anyone. And if I am in any bad situation again I will be come right back to this location.... THANK You SO MUCH ❤️💜♥️

This shop is clean with friendly and knowledge staff. The Manager Lindsay works with you and doesn’t push you into anything you don’t want. The mechanic Brian is a hard working, very talented mechanic! He goes above and beyond to fix your vehicle and I’ve never had an issue with my car after he’s worked on it. I’ve had bad experiences where mechanics mess up my car and I need to return. Not here! Some are skeptics of Active but trust me, request Brian and you won’t be disappointed. He’s worth waiting for as he understands mechanics are the “doctors” of cars and he ensures his work is done correctly.
