I had been trying to get my car serviced all day and everywhere was closed or booked. Called in and Lyndsay said to bring my car in. What amazing service and she did not rush or pressure me and told me everything about my car. Thanks for the great experience and I will be back!!!

Went in a couple of days ago to get a slow leak checked out - and hopefully fixed - on my Subaru. Past experiences with this location haven't been the best - trying to get an appointment within a reasonable timeframe was painful, if not impossible (and this is after I've purchased two sets of tires from them.) Not to mention would take at least an hour once I was there. Lyndsay was very polite on the phone and told me to come in right away, and they'd take a look asap. Fifteen minutes after I dropped my car off, I got a call to come back. Hadn't even picked up my coffee yet. Turns out the leak wasn't fixable, and because I have an awd car, I needed four new tires instead of one or two. Not exactly what I was thinking when I rolled up that morning. Instead of pushing top of the line tires at full price on me, Lyndsay offered me a discount and helped pick out a set of tires that would work best for my vehicle without killing my bank account. Not only that, but when I decided to wait and see if I could grab a set of used tires off a friend who works almost exclusively with Subarus, she was completely understanding and never made me feel like I was wasting her time in the slightest. Today I got a follow-up call to make sure everything was worked out properly and to see if I needed any further help. I can't believe the difference in this place. Sorry if this review was way too long! This is my first online review, ever. I've never felt the need to leave any negative reviews, but when I saw how low this locations score was, I thought I should help out the new owners because they went out of their way to help me. Next time I need some brand new tires, I'll be spending my money here.

We had numerous services done to our many vehicles with this particular branch of Active Green. The services is great, the work quality is good, and we find them to be honest and reliable.

Best shop in the area. Brought my car there 3 times now, after trying 3 other nearby shops and never having a good experience. Responsive, easy to work with, helpful, and fair and open pricing for the work done. I've had tires done, exhaust system work, and brakes.
