OCTOBER 26 2016 - UPDATED from 2 stars (see below for explaination): I changed over to this location from another Active Tire Green and Ross, because I found the service ridiculously inept. I only go to this business to change my summer tires to winter and vice versa. I left the other location because my summer tires have different sized rims, with the larger rims going in the back. Well the incompetent idiots put them on the other way. Now I've been going to the 779 Queensway location for the last 3 years and I'm having problems almost every time I switch out my summer tires to winter. One tire technician in particular was a fat screw up and he forgot to put on my spacers on the winter tires twice. Last winter, he put the tires on again without spacers. Then I asked if he had put spacers on, and he said no. The spacers were missing. They ordered new spacers and he installed them on the car. I waited there for about 3 hours of my life. This summer they took the spacers off and gave them to me in a box taped up. Today I went to change my summer tires to winter, hand them the box, and the new manager tells me the spacers are screwed up - whoever put them on, put them on incorrectly. Well, I was pissed! Active Tire says they are the "tire experts" on Twitter, and the people they hire are total morons. How hard can it be for the business to make a note on my file of all the mistakes they are making and correct them? So now I wasted a $$$$$ day off, and have to go in again for when the spacers arrive. This location is under new management so I'm giving them one more chance. I don't mind paying for the storage of my tires yearly, but I do mind the inconvenience and my vehicle riding on wheels that were not installed correctly! UPDATE: October 31 2016: I'm giving this particular location 5 stars now, because after I complained to Active Tire Green & Ross customer service, the outcome was new spacers applied properly, winter tires put on and balanced, and storage of my summer tires for the season without any cost to me.

Chris Turner and his mechanic saved the day when my boyfriend and I showed up at the last minute with a flat tire. Exceptional and professional service. I appreciate all the assistance we received and would definitely recommend this location.

I had been trying to get my car serviced all day and everywhere was closed or booked. Called in and Lyndsay said to bring my car in. What amazing service and she did not rush or pressure me and told me everything about my car. Thanks for the great experience and I will be back!!!

Went in a couple of days ago to get a slow leak checked out - and hopefully fixed - on my Subaru. Past experiences with this location haven't been the best - trying to get an appointment within a reasonable timeframe was painful, if not impossible (and this is after I've purchased two sets of tires from them.) Not to mention would take at least an hour once I was there. Lyndsay was very polite on the phone and told me to come in right away, and they'd take a look asap. Fifteen minutes after I dropped my car off, I got a call to come back. Hadn't even picked up my coffee yet. Turns out the leak wasn't fixable, and because I have an awd car, I needed four new tires instead of one or two. Not exactly what I was thinking when I rolled up that morning. Instead of pushing top of the line tires at full price on me, Lyndsay offered me a discount and helped pick out a set of tires that would work best for my vehicle without killing my bank account. Not only that, but when I decided to wait and see if I could grab a set of used tires off a friend who works almost exclusively with Subarus, she was completely understanding and never made me feel like I was wasting her time in the slightest. Today I got a follow-up call to make sure everything was worked out properly and to see if I needed any further help. I can't believe the difference in this place. Sorry if this review was way too long! This is my first online review, ever. I've never felt the need to leave any negative reviews, but when I saw how low this locations score was, I thought I should help out the new owners because they went out of their way to help me. Next time I need some brand new tires, I'll be spending my money here.
