Time and time again they save the day! Last winter my tires had reached the end of their lifespan and in the middle of a storm while they were slammed with work they managed to squeeze me in and replace my tires in a timely manner. The staff at this location are so patient, kind and always greet me with a smile! My tire blew this morning on the way to work and I called this Active Green + Ross right away and they promptly ordered a tire for me to replace. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to help me with all my car troubles and repairs! Thanks guys! 😊

Stephon was great!

Had a puncture on the 407 on our way from Niagara to Kingston. We were stranded late in the evening. Called this location and they took us even though they were busy and near closing time to get us back on the road. Due to the age of my tires I ended up buying all four new tires. The service was exceptional..and oh..the espresso in the waiting room was top notch as well!!....thanks guys!!

Guys at this location are honest and helpful. They work all three of my cars. Volvo and 2 Fiats. Bravo!!

Had a nail in my tire that needed to repaired now, having to put air in the tire twice a day! Had to make an appointment everywhere else. Live in downtown Toronto and happened to be in the neighbourhood. Stopped in and they made time to take care of the problem right away. They made the repair and had me on the road in an hour. Price was right, comfortable waiting area, peace of mind and Frank at the desk couldn't have been kinder. Great location and service! Couldn't ask for a better auto centre!
