I was driving on the hwy to Collingwood and my car started shaking and was unable to go above 70 KM as the wheels were caked with mud. I arrived at Active Green + Ross and Stephen Lewis greeted me. He was able to quickly get my car on a lift and address the issue. This location has great service and people working at it I would highly recommend it.

Get the tire protection warranty, literally saved me 500+ on extra costs. Staff was polite and efficient in not only getting me a solid deal but expediting my tire issues immediately. If u need new tires get them here, I’ve done my price checks and this location especially is cost effective

Thank you We always recommend the TPP plan . ( Tire Protection Plan) For a small cost, it can save hundreds of dollars from any road hazard issues. There is NO Warranty from any manufacture for Road Hazard. This is why we offer this great plan and always suggest to take it ands is redeemable at any AG+R store when your out and about with busy lifestyles Team AG+R 2006

I had a problem initially, but they took care of it perfectly! Mistakes happen and I was not sure if they would want to keep my business but they did so I will be back.

Time and time again they save the day! Last winter my tires had reached the end of their lifespan and in the middle of a storm while they were slammed with work they managed to squeeze me in and replace my tires in a timely manner. The staff at this location are so patient, kind and always greet me with a smile! My tire blew this morning on the way to work and I called this Active Green + Ross right away and they promptly ordered a tire for me to replace. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to help me with all my car troubles and repairs! Thanks guys! 😊
