It was the first time that I visited this location and the customer service was awesome for me. I wasn't actually intending to go to Active Green and Ross. Due to an emergency with my vehicle, I ended up there by happenstance. I couldn't be happier that this is the place that I ended up going to. The customer service was absolutely impeccable, and I was made to feel like they were listening and really cared about what I had to say. It calmed me down in my most stressful situation. They were able to finish the work expeditiously. Thanks for your help Frank and the rest of the crew.

Wonderful service with extremely friendly staff!

I am a first time customer of this shop. I went to get new tires and the service was completed very satisfactory on Wednesday by 5 pm. As I was driving along later that evening I heard a strange noise in one of the back wheel well. Car continued driving well. In the morning on closer inspection I found one of my back tires slowing leaking air. There were no less than four screws, three on the driving surface and one on the inner sidewall. (Thanks to one of our contractor vehicles a box of screws/nails had been dropped on the roadway) I inflated the tire and went back to Green and Ross. Luckily, I did purchase the road hazard warranty. Now, this is where things got very exciting. Once I got to the shop and explained my situation the staff immediately started scouting all their resources to get me another tire. Once I explained I had to be out of town for a business trip by Saturday noon the search got even more aggressive. What impressed me most was Craig, almost under his breath, saying ‘we’re going to fix this’. I left Thursday evening confident that everything was going to okay. Sure enough I got a call by Friday noon that my tire was ready. Went in and picked up my tire by Friday 3 pm. I have worked in the IT industry for almost 30 years and when in situation like this it’s all hands on deck until the problem is solved. My experience at Green and Ross exhibited that same professionalism, care and determination to get things done. I applaud all those who worked so hard and diligently to get me on my way. I will return to this location.
