Went in with no appointment and finished fixing my car with a great price other shops couldn't match. Not to mention they were fast and efficient. Frank and Steven are incredibly friendly and welcoming and did everything they could to fix my car. 10/10 will always come again for anything pertaining to my car

About two weeks ago I set out on a drive to Collingwood from downtown. As soon as I hit the 400 I knew something was wrong with my car as it was shaking as I was picking up speed. I pulled off and noticed that my wheel beds were caked in ice. I attempted to remove it (with a golf club in my trunk) and thought I had succeeded. A second attempt on the highway proved unsuccessful so I exited on Highway 7 and drove looking for another gas station. I happened upon the Active Green and Ross on Highway 7. It was bitterly cold and I was frustrated and a little scared I'd done damage to my car. I explained the situation to Stephon Lewis and he told me to pull in to the garage. With no hesitation he diagnosed the problem and went about fixing it. Within 20 minutes I was reassured, tires and pressure checked and wheel beds clean and dry. He was kind and professional and I couldn't have asked for a better resolution to my stressful experience. Thank you Stephon - you did a good deed that day and I am grateful.

Get the tire protection warranty, literally saved me 500+ on extra costs. Staff was polite and efficient in not only getting me a solid deal but expediting my tire issues immediately. If u need new tires get them here, I’ve done my price checks and this location especially is cost effective
