Very friendly staff, good service, reasonable prices. They offer a student discount and free coffee!

New tires feel great! Dropped in to get new tires on my Jeep Wrangler today. Got a great deal on awesome tires. Great customer service! Fast. Friendly, and very helpful. I really appreciate the special attention, and I felt like I was their best customer. Don’t go anywhere else for tires.

The staff at Active Green and Ross at this Main St W location have been nothing but helpful. I have come for tire rotations and changes and most recently for a muffler connection fix. They are extremely prompt during an acute problem and so reasonable and fair when it comes to cost. They never try and oversell products you don't need and are friendly and very helpful when asking questions. Thank you very much to everyone who has helped!

Great service, fast and nice people

Always get our oil changed here. If you're willing to leave the car with them, they seem to always fit it in. I just drop it off in the morning, walk onto campus, and grab it at the end of the day. It's my favourite day because I get to park so close to campus for free! I've always found the people super friendly and informative too!

I am a long-term customer at this location, and I have experienced a few turnovers of the operational team at the location. Sometimes they were ok and other times not so good. But ever since Chris Tassone became the manager, it has been a pleasure being a customer again. Chris genuinely cares about my needs and preferences, and he does his best to accommodate them, which unfortunately is a rarity in any service industries in my experience. If you have ever suffered from questionable practices servicing your car at other places, I highly recommend you take your car to Chris next time. If you are the owner of this location, please treat him well so that he can stay and continue to provide excellent customer service for your customers!

Went in for replacement of a flat tire. They informed me that their was insurance on the tire and replaced it immediately. I had a couple of other issues that I wanted them to address and they did it in a very quick and efficient manner. Love this place!
