If you’d like the short quick review - they are professional, kind, don’t price gouge, don’t charge for what’s not needed and do high quality efficient work. My more detailed review is below. Last week I went to leave McMaster Children’s Hospital after a 6 day stretch (of a 5 month journey) and gave myself an extra hour on top of the hour it would take me to get home. ....only my power steering went and I had a difficult time even getting out of the parking garage. I made it up to the front entrance and began to google the nearest place I could bring my car. Active Green + Ross was closest so I started with them....I called 10mins before they opened...and prayed someone would answer the phone! Fortunately for me Chris answered and asked what I thought may be wrong with my car. I told him and he said not a problem to bring it in after 2pm and they’d have a look. ...I guess this was my breaking point after all these months as I cried and said “I don’t know what to do, I just took time off work, I can’t reach my husband and run a daycare so will have little ones arriving in 2 hrs”. Chris immediately lifted a weight as he said “it will be okay, wipe your tears, head over here and we will see what we can do to help you”. I was at a very vulnerable state, they could have said anything was wrong with my car and could have charged me for things I didn’t need, I felt desperate and just needed to get home. Instead, they tried to comfort me and offered me coffee. The morning tech came in, sat down, asked me if I’d like a coffee, he was also trying to just help. At the time I thought he was another customer waiting, as they weren’t quite open yet. A few mins later he gets up and Chris said “this is Cameron, he will look after you”. I had tears in my eyes as I was just so thankful they were able to check my vehicle and help. Within no time, I was on my way. ....and everyday since have thought about how fortunate I was to fall into their hands and not a different company that might have taken advantage of the situation. They are an honest and true company that is professional, does efficient work and delivers a high quality level of service. **My husband wrote them this letter the following day. ....so you have his opinion too. Afternoon Guys, My wife Stephanie came into see you first thing yesterday morning and I wanted to send a quick email to say thanks to both of you for helping take care of my wife and her Pathfinder SUV, in a time that has been a large challenge for our family.  It not only meant a lot to my wife and reduced one more stress point in her life, but also meant a lot to me knowing that there are people like yourselves out there so willing to help out someone in need.  I Truly just wanted you to know how much it was appreciated and that you had a large impact within our Family.

A very nice place to visit. Excellent knowledgable staff. Chris and his crew took my car in andmade some recommendations. They suggested what needed to be done very soon, and what could wait for another visit. This is my second Green and Ross I have visited. Thanks for the five star service.

I don't often post serious reviews but I've always been super happy with the service I've received at this location. No pressure tactics, reasonable prices, quick service. All around a good experience every time I've taken my car in.
