Chris is amazing, adding to my original review as I needed to return to get some new tires for a different vehicle. The customer service at this location is superb, Chris and his crew went above and beyond to help service our vehicle. Not only where they less staff but they completed a task which was almost impossible. Truely greatful for them going out of their way. If only I could give a higher rating! I was travelling from Toronto to Dundas to see my parents and I blew a tire a block away from Green and Ross I went in and there was a young gentleman named Chris who was amazing They were very busy and he went above and beyond to help me. My tire was shot so he put my donut tire on for me and then called around to try to find me a tire as he didn't have one the size I needed He was so friendly and helpful I was in and out of there in 20 minutes with an appt the next day Sunday at Green and Ross in Burlington Thank you Chris whenever I'm in town here if I ever need anything done to my car I will definitely come back to your shop!! These guys treat my girlfriend and I extremely well and are always fair with prices and fantastic with how prompt their service is.

Chris and team here took care of both my vehicles for servicing and new tires, service was excellent, highly recommend to anyone looking for solid mechanics / service.

Always get our oil changed here. If you're willing to leave the car with them, they seem to always fit it in. I just drop it off in the morning, walk onto campus, and grab it at the end of the day. It's my favourite day because I get to park so close to campus for free! I've always found the people super friendly and informative too!

New tires feel great! Dropped in to get new tires on my Jeep Wrangler today. Got a great deal on awesome tires. Great customer service! Fast. Friendly, and very helpful. I really appreciate the special attention, and I felt like I was their best customer. Don’t go anywhere else for tires.
