Bought tires from another location, tire warning came on, went to this location and the looked into promptly and found no issue. Rest warning with no charge. Very professional and honest. Going back there.

Michael Gonsalves is an exceptional mechanic and manager at Active Green and Ross Lawrence Ave East location. He demonstrates not only the years of experience and extensive knowledge required to get the job done timely and properly, but he is also the best when it comes to communicating with customers. I find that he has a warm rapport with everyone who comes in contact with him and he is the “go to” person for clients who need advice for difficult problems. He has developed a loyal customer relationship with a high rate of repeat business. By my observations, he deals with even the most challenging customers without raising his voice. He has a natural instinct to focus and understand all the customers he comes across. Overall, Mr. Gonsalves is the best mechanic I have come across and he is the first person I would call when I need help with my vehicle.

Repaired my flat tire and mounted it for $30, my first ever flat I was assuming it would be more expensive than that. Did a great job, would definitely go back.
