Love the service here. I went here to get my rims and tires mounted with balancing as well. The guy who helped me gave me a good price. Very knowledgable and helpful. Will come back here allthe time especially next time to get my summers mounted again and for alignment.

Well I must say I am impressed by John and his team at this Active Green Ross location. I personally worked in automotive industry for years so I have some understanding of how service department should function. After a strong recommendation from my personal friend at Benchmark Automotive (Another great and honest dealer) I took my CLK in for some front end spring work. Before going in I already knew my drive side spring is making noises, and my front brake may be low, as well as my heat shield was rattling. So after going in for John to check out the springs, he came back and told me both springs are broken (expected that), but my front brake pads are fine (surprised, since I know even big dealers on Eglinton Ave are constantly scamming customers into buying brake pads, rotors on a regular basis) and my heat shield was fine, all the work needed was to tighten a bracket. So we booked the parts but before leaving I wanted to pay John for his time (40 minutes) spent on my car to tighten the bracket, but all he said was "Don't worry about it". WOW, that is impressive, a service center that will turn down money, I don't know what to say but thank you for your honesty and good work. I would strong advise anyone live close to that location to stop taking your cars into the bigger impressive dealers and get a second opinion from John instead. Don't get scammed by a big dealership after all the smaller guys are honest!!!!!!!! BTW the negative comments about oil cap below.. (we are all human, mistakes happens, if you want a horror story on big dealers I got tons, where customers were tricked into big jobs and jobs were never even performed. Cars sold with major accidents without disclosure. So let the oil cap thing go) Also about the tires, the technical answer is NO YOU DON'T NEED ALIGNMENT after tire change. Read and learn something about how front end of a car works, tire change doesn't affect your alignment you idiot!!!!!

Good customer service experience. Went to do tire swap, totally forgot about Tire/season package deal had year ago. After job done went to pay, Ramesh mention it's covered and no need to pay. Genuine business transaction.
