I have to mention that I have been coming to this location for a number of years. I saw the new management take over ( Ramesh and his team) and never seen a team so loyal and dedicated to their customers. I bought my Good year Duratrack tires from this location 3 years ago and have had outstanding service. I had to take my truck in today, because there was a screw that had punchered it. After 3 years I had forgotten about all the warranties that came with the tire. Technician Mathan was very prompt efficient,and in a very timely manner got my truck fixed. When I went to pay for the repair Mike who was in charge told me that there was no cost because the tire was fixable it was covered under their warranty. I will recommend this Active Green and Ross to all my friends and family because I am one happy customer and I trust them with my truck. Thank you.

Michael Gonsalves is an exceptional mechanic and manager at Active Green and Ross Lawrence Ave East location. He demonstrates not only the years of experience and extensive knowledge required to get the job done timely and properly, but he is also the best when it comes to communicating with customers. I find that he has a warm rapport with everyone who comes in contact with him and he is the “go to” person for clients who need advice for difficult problems. He has developed a loyal customer relationship with a high rate of repeat business. By my observations, he deals with even the most challenging customers without raising his voice. He has a natural instinct to focus and understand all the customers he comes across. Overall, Mr. Gonsalves is the best mechanic I have come across and he is the first person I would call when I need help with my vehicle.
