As a person with no car repair knowledge, I was greeted promptly by Mikhael (Mike C) who explained everything to me. He did not try to upsell me on tires and provided me with options. He was great. I explained some other car issues to him and he offered to look at them and provide some recommendations. He was excellent, knowledgeable and courteous. I have dealt with this location in the past and have never been disappointed with their service; however, this was the most costly maintenance that I had which was fully warranted. Thank you to Mike and to the Gerrard location. I can always depend on you! Hopefully, you won't move too soon and leave behind "Hooker Harvey's" on Jarvis Street.

After calling around a few places I found that the Active Green + Ross (on Gerrard) not only gave me the best quote but also insured me that they have the best prices on the tires I was looking for. Mike, the sales person, told me that he would have the tires there next day. When I showed up next day at 10AM I was greeted by Mario who told me that the tires were there and that it will take about two hours for tires and the wheel alignment. They finished at 11:30 and when I saw my car outside I went to get it but the mechanic said he would take it for a quick road test to make sure all is OK. Shortly after the test drive gave me the car and explained what they did. I took this car to the dealership for an alignment, a while back, because it was pulling a little to the left. Well after three tries the car still pulled to the left. I was so impressed with the alignment from Active Green + Ross on Gerrard. The alignment is perfect. 5 stars. The staff is very professional and friendly. Excellent price, excellent service, excellent tires. Very happy.

So I usually go to the dealership but they could not squeeze me in this morning when the battery started to die in my 2011 Hyundai Elantra, so I called AGR. I was the first customer in the door and was out 20 minutes later with a new battery for a fair price. Mike was really helpful in getting that done. My five star review reflects only this experience at this location . I did once get completely screwed around on new tires by the John Street location, but that was about eight years ago.
