These days its really difficult to find an honest mechanic. When I found Art I immediately had a sense he was honest. He's proven this over the years on several occasions. I live in Mississauga now but still go to Art for all my mechanic work. P.S. For those wondering Art is the owners name.

Art is the Best Manager in any shop that I have ever been to! I have been to quite a few previous shops before being recommended from my friend Mike to go to the Active Green Ross 2115 Sheppard Ave location. My friend has gone there for so many years and is always happy with their shop! Art and his staff have helped me along the way and took care of me like a true friend. he will go above and beyond to help you with any of your needs and he constantly proves this every time I go to his shop. They do all automotive repairs and are honest with what you need and what you don't need. Art and his staff at Active Green impress me every time I go for a visit, they are very accommodating and I will always go back to them with any of my car needs. Took my car in due to noise and vibration coming from the back which turned out to be a bad differential. Art greeted me and assured me that they will first check the problem and wouldn’t proceed without my consent since the car had to stay there for a few days. After diagnosing my car he called and gave me the options so i could pick the one that fits my budget. He even took the initiative to show me a video of what was broken and the work they did to my car. So far I am very happy with the results and the service I received was second to none compared with every other mechanic I have ever been to including the dealer. Art is a frank and honest guy and he proved this to me with his work so I definitely recommend his shop.

I personally loved this auto shop. their prices are much better than dealers and costco, i went to my dealers with a problem in the front end of my car (it was making a werid noise) and they told me that it was my lower control arms, so i asked for a price on them and they were highly over priced so i was very displeased by this. i highly recommened not to go to dealers unless its under warrenty, other than that i would say not to go to a dealer because they overcharge. i then went over to costco becuase i thought it would have been much cheaper but i was wrong they told me that my shocks were making the noise and they also over charged me aswell. when i was finally about to give up hope and just spend all my money i tried this place and they treated me like no other. they found the problem right infront of me and cleared everything with me now with the prices, i thought they were going to do the same thing to me like the dealers and costco but instead i was actually happy with the price they gave me for two front wheel bearings (which by the way was cheaper than the prices for both the control arms and struts) but anyways after the job was done i did not hear that noise anymore and i was very pleased with the service. i would recommend everyone to come here. they are all amzaing people and the owner Art was wonderful.
