All my experiences at this shop have been good. Otherwise, I wouldn't keep coming back. Most recently, I had a puncture in my tire. They managed to patch it so I didn't have to buy new tires. The work is good and has held up for a month now. The staff are friendly and they're honest about what's needed and what it will cost.

Was driving this afternoon and the car display said my tire was low on air. Got to my destination and checked it with the tire gage - there was no air at all in the left rear tire. They are run-flats (BMW X3 - 245 44 R19 run-flats), so I drove it to Aidan and Art here as they had fixed a nail for me last year. Turns out my BMW dealership did not do the alignment properly last summer, so it shredded my tire. And the treads are getting low, so that means the right decision now is to get 4 new ones for proper operation of the 4 wheel drive system. This is a specialty tire, but at 4pm Art was able to have 4 new tires delivered within 40 minutes. They had me on my way by 6pm with 4 new tires and perfect alignment. Glad I didn’t go back to BMW, because it would have cost $1,000 more than here and taken a day or two to get it done and I would never have known they screwed up my alignment last year. I talked to Art for a bit - he is a car lover and he’s been in the business for 30 years - no surprise. I highly recommend this business. I will be back with our other cars when they need tires too.

Great service, helpful and pleasant staff, and reasonable prices. No one tried to sell me anything I did not need or talked down to me because I did not understand the technical aspects of the work being done. I highly recommend this place. Art, the customer service representative I spoke to, was particularly helpful.
