Fantastic service, I had a nail in my tire and needed it patched ASAP (was driving on a spare) I got there right at closing time and without hesitation they patched the hole.

What an excellent experience I had. I talked to a real experienced mechanic, not some front desk or service advisor you often have between you and the actual mechanic that works on your car. Good old-fashioned service from people who care about your business and satisfaction! I broke down overnight and had to be towed-in. I wanted a place I can trust and remembered this place had been here forever. I moved away 20 years ago. There is a mailbox with special envelops you can provide information on, put your key in and deposit it safely indoors. It saved me a lot of time and worrying. I did everything over the phone in the morning. They followed up throughout the day. I have a unique vehicle you don't see often, and I thought getting parts for was not going to be easy. Well, it was not an issue at all. The cost was very reasonable and far less than I had expected. When I finally come to pick up the car, I was curious and had lots of questions. The mechanic took the time to answer them all. He earned my trust and respect. Strange as it may sound, it was like a good friend is helping you. I forgot what it is like to deal with professionals. It is nice to have a place you can trust when you need them to fix your car. This is that place.

Efficient and honest. They called me with the updates on time. They were on schedule with repairs and I only paid what I expected to pay. Isn’t that everything you wanted from an auto-mechanic?

My wife and I were very pleased with the attentive service, the speed with which the work was done and the Michelin tires we purchased. We would use this location again and would recommend it to others.

Just called store Sheppard @ 404, Nov. 22nd 2017, Told guy I need 4 tires all season good quality, 225 55 R16, He said to me these are hard to get, but he can order. I said I wanted good quality tires with high speed rating , He said he can order something V95....V92.. I said what is that mean? He told me to go online and research He is very busy, Then he hanged up. What a f..... id....t, I can't believe it, this company has employees with this type of attitude, I will not buy from them that's for sure. Good luck to all of you getting service there.
