Highly recommend!!

I have been to a few active green and ross's because I move around a often for work however, I have never received such excellent service at a mechanic shop as I received at this active green and ross location. Personally, I am a woman and being a women in this day and age to find honest and respectful service is quite hard to find. I am so pleased to have been taken care of by a young man named Cliff. He explained everything to me, did not take advantage, was honest and kind. I was treated with respect and I am blown away I am very very happy with my car service which entailed an engine issue I had been dealing with with two other mechanic shops. Cliff knew the issue straight away and I haven't had an issue since. Thanks Cliff!

Big thanks to Cletus (hope that's how you spell your name) busiest time of the year for a tire shop and he still managed to help me out with some stubborn lug nuts. Much appreciate!

Okay prices but good service

These guys are great. I had a minor car accident on the weekend involving my dog. Cliff took care of my vehicle quickly and kept me in the know regarding the progress and price regularly throughout the repair process. Further, he regularly asked about the well being of my animal which was really appreciated. Great guy, great shop. Highly recommend.

Had a good experience here. Wanted a reasonably priced oil change where I didn't get pestered into a dozen upgrades, part swaps, etc... They asked once up front what kind of oil I wanted, charged me for it up front so I knew they wouldn't be whining about my air filters, and did it quickly while I sat in their comfortable waiting room. They moved my vehicle in and out of the garage. Watched another customer recieve some excellent service obtaining and swapping some tires after an accident. They seem like good people. Would definitely return here.
