Been a customer at this location for more than twenty years. Robin and Duy are excellent service advisors. It's great taking the car in for service without fear of being hosed like the Mazda and Hyundai dealerships. Can always rely on an honest diagnosis, free from pressured up-selling, from G&R at a reasonable price.

Wonderful service!

I got the Drive Clean Test service there. My car failed the test at the other location. Duy, the mechanic diagnosed and fixed the car with great explanation as well as honest opinion. I am going back there for the regular check up service such as oil change.

We've been going to this location for 7 years now-twice a year for our winter installation and removal. Service is always professional, courteous and friendly. We recently had a slow leak due to a nail; called A,G&R and unfortunately they were quite busy so we took it to another place and they said it couldn't be fixed and that the sidewall was damaged. Took our "damaged" tire and thought we'll just pop in to ask if it could be repaired and leave it with them if they could. Dewey and staff came through, told us it could be fixed (and were mystified why we were told otherwise!) and squeezed us in at the end of the day!! This is why we keep going back here-love this place and cannot give them enough praise! A big thanks to everyone there; you guys are awesome!!

Great service and they always help me when I have problems with my tires. I really appreciate that I can rely on them. Even when they are extremely busy they take the time.

Had an oil change done on my 500 abarth was told the price when I dropped the car off with no surprises when I picked up. Oil change was 20-30 dollars cheaper than dealership.
