I have used active multiple times and always had a great experience. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The service is of the highest quality. They will match prices on tires and the lifelong wheel swap is a huge perk. I would recommend this shop as a very good , reliable shop that you can trust. 5/5.

I have brought my car to this location and its sister location on Guelph Line for years and I have always loved the service. Their technicians are polite and knowledgeable, always explaining the work required clearly. Pricing has always been more than fair and they even change over my winter tires for free (because I bought both sets of tires there at a very good price)!
