Hi Theresa, thank you for your feedback. As you can imagine, we have members who are both new and experieced at testing their blood sugar. We have to ask questions in order to understand the situation to know how to remedy any issues. We don’t do this to offend, rather to help us understand what may be causing any issues and variances you are seeing. In addition, it’s not uncommon to see a variance from one meter to another. Meters are designed to give a result within a range of a blood lab test.
