From Carol Hughes I have always been very satisfied with the service from Green & Ross. It is hard to find mechanics that you can trust . Most always seem to find things that need extra fixing and so the bill really adds up. I feel they always give me a fair price. Also the staff are very friendly and answer all my questions in terms that I would understand.

We have been bringing our 4 family vehicles to Sergio and Tony since 2002. They are friendly, honest, reliable and finish the maintenance in a timely manner. They have gone over and beyond to help us out many many times. We would never consider going to another shop

I have been using the services of Sergio and Tony for over 10 years now and I still look forward to my visits to their shop for regular servicing. Oil changes, tire sales, transmission flush and whatever is needed to keep me going worry free. I believe I have saved a substantial amount of money coming here because they will only fix what is needed. I'll be seeing them soon for an oil change and to switch to my summer tires.

Quick thank you to Sergio and Tony for always giving their all..I have been coming here for years now and every time I come I always leave more then satisfied their service and patience and quick response has helped me so much.. I am so comfortable leaving my vehicle in their hands thank you both :)

This place is great. Helpful,knowledgeable,reliable, and friendly. Tony and Sergio always take the time to explain things thoroughly. The prices are reasonable. The work is complete and on time. They have never done anything that wasn’t necessary and always take the time to explain the process and costs involved and also you what you should keep an eye on. We have had them service , a Volvo, a Ford van, an old Mustang, and now a Mini Cooper as well as keeping a 20 year old Toyota Corolla on the road for many years until it was time to scrap it this year. Chris and Steve and Craig in the back are most helpful, explaining what they did, and why they did it. They also give you your parts back. I have been coming to this location since 2014, to service my GLK 350 Mercedes Benz. Tony, Sergio and Chris are very informative, honest, provide competitive prices, highlight the problem they are recommended to change - along with a detail and visual report. There have been no other service centres for my van since I started at Active Green & Ross in Streetsville and experienced their high level of quality in customer service. Thanks to Tony and Sergio when I need to get something done to keep my van on the road, they have the amazing mechanics Steve and Craig to help get the work done to keep me driving. I need my car to get my kids to and from school daily and to keep my job as an occasional teacher. They are more than willing to go above and beyond the average job to keep my car on the road. I can't say enough about their excellent customer service and why I recommend their centre to anyone looking to get work done on their vehicle. I feel like I am treated like a member of the family and will continue to take my next vehicle there for service after my 2002 Honda Odyssey is no longer on the road. They know my mom, and my kids and we are all treated like family when we need to get work done. Steve and Craig have worked hard to get me on the road, keep my car working and making sure that I don't have to wait too long for service.
