I have been coming to this location for years and the service is always great!

I have been going to Active Green and Ross on Queen Street for over 10 years, as I find they are trustworthy, knowledgeable and do great work on all of our vehicles. Serge and Tony are like family, and I can depend on them to keep our cars in tip top shape!

I have dealt with Sergio and Tony for 20 years. They will only do the work that is necessary. Never ever hsve they gouged me. 8 years ago we moved from Mississauga to Vaughn. We continue to bring our cars to them. Very satisfied. 5 stars.

Once you arrive you are greeted by Sergio and Tony. Friendly staff and great customer service all around . very pleased and satisfied with the work service and the communication between mechanic and customer .I was looked after by a gentleman name Travis .Highly recommend green and Ross for all your automotive needs .

Brought my car there to see my main man Tony, he's the best, been dealing with him for 5 years now, always pleasant, treat me well, the price always reasonable, they always do a thorough check on my car, even when I just go for an oil change, thanks guys for the great work.

They can assist where dealers/other shops will likely charge (Engine light diagnostic, battery charge, etc.) at no cost. They are flexible (no appointment req'd), reasonable prices/promotions, and no pressure. Highly recommend this location, and have referred others here as well.

I have gone to this shop since last 10 years or so. Every time I have received excellent and friendly service from everyone especially from the front desk, Sergio and Tony. However, following mechanics I find very helpful when it comes to repairing old or new cars. Thanks to Steve, Chris and Craig, They go over service work order and give full explanation before they hand over my car keys. I strongly recommend you to take your car for next service.

To anyone seeking an Automotive Centre where trust; ethics; the job done right; friendly staff; efficiency and accommodating the customer exist, then the Green + Ross location in Streetsville is the place to take your vehicle. As a loyal customer for many, many years I have taken all my vehicles here; purchased many different sets of tires; and had all the repairs done here and even on the odd occasion having a vehicle towed here because I knew that whatever mechanical issue existed that it would be taken care of. The staff will alert you to issues you need to be aware of and provide estimates and recommendations on when the work needs to be done. Again, it's about building a strong relationship with customers. I have referred many people to this location over the years and always look forward to knowing that the work is priced fairly and that they stand behind their workmanship.
