Public, please take the time as I did to read ALL the low ratings. These are confused consumers, demanding individuals, cheap and low ballers, liars and just plain ignorant people. However, sometimes anyone can make a mistake, so call or go into the store to reconcile any issue. For example: if you and ALL your family took your vehicles there for a very long time; why would ONE minor issue cause you go BONKERS WITH RATINGS? I owned my own business for 27 years and now work for a top 10 company in the world: I would recommend anyone to first consult with the front desk, the manager, then contacting the head office. If you don’t have the time to follow these recommendations, THEN YOU DO NOT HAVE TIME TO WRITE A POOR REVIEW! WHY? Because you are false, phony and fake. You never owned or managed anything, including your own common sense. Leave hard, honest businesses alone, GO AWAY AND SHUT UP.

I have used this Green & Ross many times because they are consistently honest, courteous, friendly, and helpful. They never overcharge and repairs are completed in a reasonable time. They are sometimes quite busy because they are good. It is worth the wait. I can trust them to do the job right.

This location has kept my family and I safely on the road for the past 15 years. Sergio (Owner) and Tony (Service Assistant) are always pleasant, jovial and upbeat (even at 7:30 am). They are customer friendly at heart. Service is efficient and very reliable. Steve, Chris and Craig are capable experienced senior technicians. They provide conscientious quality service. Only what's required is replaced. All repairs are always clearly explained. We have always been satisfied with their work. If you're looking for dependable, honest repairs I strongly recommend them.

My vehicle has been serviced at this shop for the last 8 years. Sergio, Tony and the techs do an outstanding job all the time.
