I did a oil change at a quick lube shop when I was driving home I saw my engine light flushing so I notice active green and Ross and They were just locking their door I quickly went explain my situation right away Mas brought my car in and check it out that they left my oil filter loose. He tight my oil filter and top up my oil and wash under my car at the end when I ask him how much is my bill he said I was just helping you so don’t worry I am not charging you. Hard to find honest and great person. I will definitely recommend this mechanic shop to my friends and family. Thanks for saving my car and looking after me.

Have come here over the years mainly for tire changeovers and other miscellaneous work when the the dealership is too busy or inconvenient. Love the service they provide here. Noori is excellent with people and very professional. Will be coming more often as they are much less expensive than the dealership.

I had that horrible squeak coming from my brakes. I took it to this Active Green & Ross and they confirmed I need new rotors and brakes. I know because they showed me and took the time to show me the measurement on the pads and showed me the curve in the rotors. So I knew their recommendation was the right one. Very unlike my experience at the dealer. I have brought my minivan here for alignment and oil changes and it is such a better experience vs dealerships. It is such a stress free nice experience here. I recommend this shop any day for everybody. Friendly, competent and professional.
