Noori and his team are faboulus. I’ve had a lot of bad experience at other car shops. As soon as I was recommended to them by a friend I have used them ever since. Not only do I bring my personal cars but also all my company cars and it gets even better!! I send all my family and friends there and they treat everyone of us like family. I have been going to this location for a couple of years now and have never been disappointed. I came home today and heard a hissing noise from my rear driver side tire. The tires that were on the car were bought at Costco so I went there right away to get the leak patched before it went completely flat. I was told that they could not repair it today that I would have to comeback tomorrow. I told them that the tire would be flat by then and would have to put on my doughnut and I was trying to avoid that...very frustrating. This Active Green and Ross is very close by so I went there to see if they could patch it. When I arrived Noori came in from the shop, i told him my dilemma and he said that all of his lifts were being used and that they close at 7pm and I showed up just after 6:30pm and he re assured me that he can get it done and he did it was done by 7pm. I know it was just a small repair but he went above and beyond to get it done. Great customer service. Thanks again John Pasternak

So today I needed to go get my tires changed over and an oil change done. Decided to go to Mr. Lube first was offered a synthetic oil change when I have a 2006 Mazda 3 that has always had regular oil changes done. Then they tell me it's $46.99 for a regular oil change and that I needed 4 new all season tires. Declined the service then decided to go to Canadian tire bigger mistake they said I needed shocks struts and a brake job. No thank you. I have worked in the automotive industry long enough to know if my car requires any of those things if it were anyone else they would probably get ripped off. I then headed to Active Green and Ross with my fingers crossed by this time; got there I was helped by Noori at the front office they had a couple of people waiting in the office and I thought I would be there all day however he advised me that it would be about 3 hours because they were busy to my surprise my vehicle was ready in 1 hour; they have a promo running right now $29.99 regular oil change they had a tech do a full inspection on the vehicle and fluids and everything was perfect except the cabin filter which I saw with my own eyes and I had them change it the owner who apparently own's the location in thornhill near Yonge and Steeles and the location I was at Hwy7 and Weston came in had a chat with him think his name is Mass? really great staff extremely knowledgeable and more importantly honest.....Keep up the great work will definitely be back.

Great team of professionals. I was on the way up north to my granddaughters 1st Birthday and my muffler went. Stopped off at this G/Ross and explained my situation to Noori. He rushed me in and I was on my way with a new muffler in one hour. Amazing service!!
