I went to a mechanic shop in my neighbourhood because I was hearing a rattling noise under my 2015 Toyota. The mechanic I went to ended up charging me a large some of money to remove my skid plate and replace all of the bolts saying that there was too much movement and that's what was causing the rattling. Boy were they wrong as I continued hearing the noise. I was passing by an Active Green + Ross on Highway 7 just west of Weston Rd. and I thought I would get them to check it out for me. They brought my vehicle in right away and lifted it up on the hoist. They found out what the problem was in under 15 minutes. There was a loose heat shield under the vehicle that was rattling up against my exhaust system. The mechanic (Mike) took the time to not remove it, but to re-secure the heat shield with new screws to ensure that it would no longer rattle. I asked him if I should just have it removed and he told me because it was so close to the fuel tank the potential to cause a problem in the future was there. Needless to say, the problem was resolved and they didn't even charge me for the service! I was so thrilled I thanked Mike, Mas, and Noori for their great help and tremendous service and swore to them and to myself that I would never take my vehicle to another facility as long as I drive! BRAVO Green + Ross, I hope all of your locations can meet the high standard of customer service and workmanship that this location has set for me!
