They were friendly and provided quick service. Was very happy with the experience I would definitely go back.

Had a puncture in my run flat tire. The dealership told me it "must"" be replaced (at a cost of about $300+ all in). I did some research and learned that run flats can often be repaired. Took my car to Active Green+Ross Markham and they fixed it up like new for $50 + tax right away.

Honest and affordable, what else could you ask for from an auto mechanic? 5 stars.

Recently was having issues with my van, wasn't sure if it was the battery or the alternator. I spoke to Charlie and mentioned my situation and that he might see my van in his parking lot first thing in the morning. Sure enough I had the van towed after hours. When I spoke to Charlie the next morning they already had my van in the garage and were talking a look at it. Not only did they accommodate me immediately, Charlie and his team did an exceptionally job fixing my van. I was called promptly and provided up to date information. They also provided a shuttle service to pick up the vehicle and had everything completed ahead of time. My wife and I are very happy with the service, professionalism and genuine customer care provided by Active. This is top notch, well done Charlie and your team at Active.
