After three weeks of frustrating recurring tire pressure loss in one of my tires that two dealerships could not figure out what the issue was, decided it was time to have tire experts take a look. Glad I selected this Active Green+Ross location as Charlie and his team were nothing but fantastic. Very much appreciate Charlie's integrity and honesty. They quickly diagnosed the issue (apparently not completely uncommon) and repaired it very cost effectively. Something the big dealerships could not fix and would have charged an arm and a leg for. Thanks Charlie and team!

My mom went in months ago to fix what they though was the breaks. She still heard a squeaking sounds and they looked over the car several times. Long after the owner Charlie took a ride with my mom in the car and realized the noise was from something different. He fixed the problem no charge . And was very patient and had fast service. Incredibly neighborly like a mechanic should be . Thanks Charlie for solving the problem and being so understanding.
