In the middle of the day on a Saturday, it sounded as though I had a flat. I went out to check several times. I didn't have one but I knew something was wrong. Finally found a HUGE screw in my tire. I went to Green & Ross at Promenade. I had my 91 year old mother in law in the car. I spoke with Stephanie who told me luckily it could be repaired but it would be a long wait. I told her I would need to drop my mother in law off because she has a walker and then I would be back. She asked me to wait a minute and told me she would be right back. She had called another place and was going to send me there so I would not have to wait or even get out of the car. She was going to just put some air in my tire to make sure I would get there okay. When I pulled in for her to top up the tire, she had been talking to one of the service men and then she came over and told me they were going to fix it. I was extremely impressed with the service, with Stephanie and how we were treated. Thank you for making my day today!!

I had a great experience a few weeks ago getting my tires changed. Vic was very helpful, friendly and accommodating with my appointment time and the service was fast.

I usually don't write reviews but this warrants one. After purchasing my winter tires from Active Green and Ross I was having difficulties getting my changeover performed by a location other than where I purchased the tires (if I'm not mistaken this goes against their advertising and marketing)! Then I spoke to Bhavnic Nana, who goes by the name Vic and he went above and beyond my expectations and provided exceptional customer experience. Before speaking to Vic, I didn't think I would have ever purchase another set of tires from Active Green and Ross but because of him - I'm giving them one more shot. Thank you, Vic and please let that excellent customer service in you live on forever!

Mike, Ralph, Stephanie and the team are amazing! They always go the distance to help and are very professional. I always feel that I am in great and competent hands. They are honest and fair. I highly recommend them
