Great service! I have taken my car there many times, even last minute appointments and everyone is great! Tony is so awesome. He's helpful and makes sure to break everything down and explain everything so that you understand what's going on. This is the only place I'll be taking my car.

After calling many shops and price shopping, I ultimately decided to have my winter tires installed at Active Green & Ross located at Limeridge Mall. Customer service (+5) The gentleman over the phone patiently listen to my questions and responded to my concerns. The degree of customer service provided was exceptional. Questions and concerns were responded throughly over the phone and the staff was friendly in-person. Location (+ 5) Conveniently located on the north side of Limeridge mall, the store front faces Fortinos. There are plenty of parking spots located on-site to drop off your vehicle for your repairs. Very close to the Lincoln Alexander Parkway. Reminder for customers to please park your vehicle in the parking lot and not by the enterance. The area by the enterance has been designated as a fire zone and parking in the front enterance may result in your vehicle receiving a ticket or towed. Wait times (+5) Promptly tended by staff at check-in and when I picked up my vehicle. Overview When I dropped off my vehicle, the staff provided me with assurance by providing answers to my questions and listening to my concerns. I felt that this location would be a safe space for women in an overwhelming male dominated sector. This shop came highly recommended by other women.
