Best service I’ve received at a tire place. I went to a Canadian Tire (on Upper James) prior and was told they only had 3 of the tires I was quoted on in stock. They also wanted me to leave my car for the DAY to do 4-tires. I left annoyed and went to this Active Green location. I was greeted right away, given a few different options. My car was taken right away, only took a couple of hours and I was good to go. This location was fantastic and I’m so glad I came here instead of wasting my money at CT. Highly recommended. Great customer service, reasonable wait times - plus it’s attached to the mall so there’s stuff to do. Thanks for the tires :)

Great shop. Great staff (especially Yegen). Professional, Knowledgeable, Helpful. We take all three of our cars to this location. I would definitely recommend this location.

I have been getting work done on my car at this location for years. The workers have always been courteous and helpful. I recently needed a new tire after it popped on the road. They got a new tire from another location for me, so they wouldn't have to order it and so I would have my car sooner.

By far the best service I have experienced at any automotive center. The staff are always extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have had dealerships be unable to determine the problem with my car. Active Green & Ross was able to not only figure it out, but fix it at a reasonable price. They have always gone out of their way to make sure I have the best experience possible.

Excellent service and prices. My tire had a huge bolt stuck in it and when the staff realized they weren’t going to be able to repair the tire, they stayed late to replace it for me. Very helpful and courteous.
