Went to Active Green + Ross last week and had a fantastic experience. It was the Friday before the long weekend and noticed my tire was low on my way to work. I popped in without an appointment and the Service Manager Stephon squeezed me in and said he didn't want me to get to my car to only have a flat tire after work. I have been coming here for 2 years. The staff is extremely friendly and is aware of clients time. I brought my car in to swap the tires, get an oil change, and some engine work. Upon my arrival I was offered a beverage and told my wait time. Frank offered a ride to a local destination which I thought was refreshing! They called me when my car was ready and I am more than pleased with their work and service on my car. Only the best experiences at this shop! See you again soon!

I've been a client of Active Green & Ross for many years, but yesterday they broke the glass ceiling for client service. I wanted my snows off the car and it was my first time having this service done. Well, I drove to the garage, left the car, they drove me back to work., no charge. Later in the day the tires were changed, they came to pick me up, took me to the shop, gave me my keys and said "have a nice day". What's the charge I asked? No charge Sir! We don't charge to change summer & snow tires if you buy them (the tires) from us. And the "courtesy ride" to & from work? No charge for that either. Wow. Great client service, no charge for the tire changes, no charge for taking me to & from work? I love it. Craig, you've earned me for life! I had a flat tire two weeks ago on my 2016 Highlander. It was my first time visit this shop. They finished the tire repair in barely more than one hour, and in last two weeks no further leaking. Good job!
