They fix my car quick. They make time to explain what repairs they did and give some helpful advice on how to avoid future repairs. They also ask you your budget and tries to find parts that fits your budget. They give you choices what parts to use and they give you pros and cons for each parts presented.They thoroughly explain what parts did they use and give you tips on how to avoid early wear and tear. Overall they care about your safety and your budget.

I called into Active Green and Ross at 10:30am and spoke to Mike. We desperately needed our tires changed ASAP and I explained this to him. He said he could get it done for us SAME day and quoted us a very fair price. They even discarded our old tires and informed us that there is a rebate on the BF Goodrich website. All in all, this ended up costing us way less than we thought and only took about 2 hours on a very busy Sunday. I whole heartedly recommend this location to anyone who needs emergency service on their car. Thank you again for your help!

They don't up-sale you, they always give you options. It's a very busy place and they do have a small waiting room so that is the only negative. The employees know their stuff and do it well. All my friends go here. I will continue to do so for many years to come!
