Thank goodness for this place! They really do honest work and it's a place people can go to and trust. They aren't trying to rip you off. They're honest with what you need, regardless of your situation. I would recommend having your car looked at here first or even as a second set of eyes. Their service is quick and friendly. I am so relived I took my car here...it really saved me over $450!! After my car signaled that I had a flat. I took my car into Pfaff BMW. They told me that I had a puncture and it would require a replacement. They didn't even offer the fixing option. Pfaff BMW quoted me $500 (incl. tax) for the service and new tire. I felt uneasy and gave Active Green+Ross Kipling a call. I was immediately greeted by Felicia who was so pleasant and made me feel comfortable. They were fully booked but she found a way to fit my car in and promised I'd get my car back by the end of the day. It was so simple! I dropped my car off and they were done before the end of the day. They took the screw out and fixed it. Active Green+Ross delivered on so many levels. The total cost came out to $32.75 including tax! BMW had quoted me $500! I feel that I can definitely trust Active Green+Ross and will be taking my car here from now on. They don't try to up sell you or tell you that you need something you don't. It's hard to find companies with such integrity but this is definitely a good place and I'll be taking my car here and recommending it to my friends and family.

They double checked my vehicle for free after I messed up changing the tire and it made a scrapping noice. Everything is perfect thanks to them replacing the tire and adjusting the plates i touched.

I've had more than a couple amazing experiences at this location. I initially towed my car there because the shop I first took it to told me I had a transmission issue. After a quick check by Trevor he was able to tell me I did not in fact need a new transmission and fixed my problem for under $300. Trevor, Duy, and Robin have made it a point to ensure my car is safe for myself and my small baby. I fully trust this shop and the work they do. I had a flat tire and not only did they get me a new tire but Trevor took the time to check all my other tires and make sure I was leaving their shop without any future issues. Five stars and I definitely recommend you take your vehicle here!! I would like to add that I have moved an hour out of town but I will still bring my car to this shop whenever possible.

Had a flat tire on Boxing Day and went to 859 Kipling Ave the next day. The service was fast and professional and best of all the tire just needed a patch. Will be back when I need a new set. Great job.
