Called yesterday to see if I could purchase and have winter tires installed to avoid my car becoming the automotive Patrick chan. Even though they were booked up today they still accommodated me and had my car back to me in under 2 hours. Fair pricing and convenient location. Thanks Robin for helping me out! *Update 2018, I have since moved from the GTA and really miss the active green and ross team. I never felt like they were trying to up-sell services or products or take advantage of the fact that I'm a 20 something female that doesn't know squat about my car. Every conversation I had, they were honest about the work that really was necessary and what could wait for when my budget allowed. They helped me replace an airbag, and only politely chuckled when I called in to schedule an appointment and referred to myself as 'air bag lady'. Miss you guys - Thanks for being awesome - PS, I still have my winter tires on and it's July, I'm struggling without you

Friendly staff. However I just woke up remembering I forgot my headphones in their waiting room. I'm hoping one of their staff sees this and finds them Sunday or Monday morning. I just drove by and saw them on the counter.
