Arrived guickly no hassles so for so good

I like it because it is so affordable and the service is easy to use.

Fast shipping, great quality, great value for the price. This type of product is waaayyyy more expensive at any drug store. This subscription is way less expensive for at least the same quality if not better quality products.

The order was not what I thought I ordered. I returned it immediately and was provided with a refund upon receipt. Good honest and fast.

Prob. #1: The machine was a little tricky at first but one call with a customer rep fixed that problem. I wish I had written down my rep's name so I could thank him here. Problem #1 partly stems from Prob. #2 below. Prob. #2: The instruction are written in a font so tiny, my poor old eyes couldn't read them. Many user of a glucose meter are elderly or have vision issues so I found it disheartening that I could not read the instructions for myself. Otherwise, it is a nice meter and everything you need to test is included in the kit. I am tracking my glucoses at the request of my primary care provider, who believes I am diabetic. I am not convinced, so the meter readings from my Diathrive will determine how my health care proceeds.

The On Call tester seems to be working great. It is easy to use and the test strips take a minimum amount of blood, which is great. The problem is the lancet. I inserted the lancet into the holder but I cannot get the needle to pierce my finger. In fact best I can see it doesn't even go past the end of the holder when released. Totally useless. Even called the manufacturer and they tried to walk us through setting it up to no avail. I would expect it's the wrong lancet for this machine. Obviously we need to cancel the arrivals of the lancets, I am using one ii had.
