Extremely disappointed with my order experience. Online says 2-4 business days for new orders to arrive (NOT TRUE). I ordered on Saturday to San Francisco area. Received a tracking number on Monday but USPS never received the package so I sent an email to follow up mid-day Wednesday. I ended up calling Thursday and customer service (?Abigail) apologized said package was lost and would send out another package and new confirmation number. Called a again on Fri and was told the same thing. Never received the new tracking number then got an email on Friday (5 business days later) saying that everything was within time frame and that it would arrive on Monday (6 business days later). Problem was that I ran out of my old strips on Thursday. I’m disappointed that I emailed and called in twice was lied to twice and then received an email stating that getting the package Monday after ordering on Saturday (6 business day’s) was within their 4-day time frame. WARNING: poor customer service and make sure to order early. I will continue to be using my old meter that I can buy strips the same day from Costco.

Thank you for your feedback. Our typically delivery time for the first order is 2-4 business days but unfortunately delays happen that are outside of our control. We ship every order within 24 hours of receiving it but once it leaves our warehouse we rely on the USPS to make sure packages arrive on time. We do apologize for the delay and inconvenience. We know how important it is to get your supplies delivered on time. Our system should have automatically sent you a tracking number for the replacement shipment so we apologize that that didn't happen. We'd love to do what we can to make this right for future orders and we don't expect any additional shipping delays since they are so rare.

Diathrive strives to make supplies affordable without a prescription. I love the three seconds it takes to get the results instead of the 15 seconds. This company is very user friendly, professional and knowledgeable. It takes a small amount of blood. The needles for the flex pens glide right in without sticking, there is very little pain. The convenience of having them delivered to the house is great. This company is one of the best. I encountered another company who charged Medicare twice as much as what the product cost me in my local pharmacy for a CGM that I no longer use. I was paying $20.00 for fifty test strips every two weeks, now I am paying what amounts to the same amount every three months.

This was a super great deal! I got the testing device, 100 lancets, 100 test strips, a lancing device, control solution and a great carrying case, all for just the cost of shipping, which was $2.99. I chose my subscription cost and awaited my package. I have 3 other glucose meters, including the Keto Mojo. I've read and heard that devices can vary 10-15% from each other, but this device was 20 to 25 numbers off every time. Every Time! I can't trust that. 20 to 25 numbers could be the difference in diabetes and not. The value is not worth the health risk. I've cancelled my subscription and the device just sits there, not usable. BTW, I have done the control test which I think is a joke. The variance of the possible results are far too wide.

Been using the machine and test strips for two weeks. No problems. Seems to be accurate and functioning properly. Received delivery order in a timely fashion. I’d say I’m pleased.

I'm really enjoying this device to check my sugars. I like the fact it take a small amount of blood and I also like the 3 second responds on giving me my blood sugar results! I have also have signed up for auto monthly shipments of my test strips so I never have to worry about running. My test strips are also cheaper this way than through my insurance Co pay...
