What an amazing group of people! They came to the rescue, dropped everything to help right when we needed them! My son & I pulled into the lot next door ready for his road test, got out of the car and looked down to a flat passenger side tire! With minutes ticking, these guys jacked up the car right outside their bay doors, (as they looked fully booked) had a used tire on hand and put it on my rim & my son had about 5 minutes to spare before he went out for his test. I can't thank them enough for coming to our aid, we really appreciate how accommodating you were. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! (He passed the road test too, YAY!)

My wife and I have been buying tires and getting repairs done here for years and have been very satisfied and appreciative of the great prices and excellent level of service provided. We recently had an alignment done on my wife's car by a very friendly young man, but didn't get to realize until a couple of weeks later when on the highway, that a minor steering wheel adjustment was required to get it 'perfect'....I went in and saw Neil the owner this morning and he promptly arranged an appointment for me to bring the vehicle in this afternoon to correct the situation asap....Long story short -- I could not have been any happier with the high level of customer service and appreciation shown to me -- He even gave me an offer of a free oil change -- THAT speaks volumes of the great effort he is willing to put into ensuring high quality work and customer service, imho. All things considered, combine the above together with his shop's fine work and it's just one more reason things add up to what I consider to be 5 Star Service. We will continue to go to and highly recommend Green and Ross Tire & Automotive Centre at 512 Bryne Drive for superior-quality customer service, tires and repairs. We’ve been customers of Neil and his team for over 10 years , we keep coming back cause they are honest guys , no one tries to up sell you , they tell us what we need and when , so good to deal with honest folks these days ! Glad to know them

My husband and I have been bringing in both our vans for the last couple of years. My husband Michael used to taken his vechile to a local shop in Alliston. Since switching to Neil and his team at Active Green and Ross we have seen only great things. A couple of days ago My husband had some issues with his vehicle and he dropped it off and Neil had his Tech Mike look it the vehicle and they had the problem figured out quickly. They Advised him that the Fly wheel on his van was damaged and not save to drive as it could cause damage to the engine and Tranny. They are knowledgeable and look after the safety of his clients. Thank you Neil and the team to always making sure we are looked after. We will always be coming to you for our vehicle needs.

Great place to have your vehicle serviced, staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Very qualified repair staff in the shop....good at what they do.
