Went in their yesterday... got served right away. Overall great service great people I would recommend this place to anyone looking to fix their car.

Last week during the windstorm my battery died in the parking lot of the mall. After many attempts, and after asking many people for a boost, I asked a man who happen to be the manager at active green + ross. He drove his car over, gave me a boost and changed my dead battery within 15 minutes. Marco was incredible. Service there is top notch. I will definitely be returning!

Took my car in for repairs on a busy Saturday. Wasn't sure if it would be completed that day but Marco stayed late to make sure it was.

The absolute best service I have ever received from an automotive repair shop in all the years I have owned a vehicle. The front desk staff were very polite and courteous. Marco is very knowledgeable about all the service aspects we had to go over for our 12 year old vehicle. He helped us save money by offering different repair avenues and even offered a loaner vehicle while ours stayed overnight. Will definitely recommend to family and friends alike. I have been a customer here for 6 years. I moved my service to the Promenade location when they consolidated the Yonge/Cummer shop. They have always been fair on pricing and delivered good service. I was surprised in reading other comments here, but I guess anyone could find fault with a business on a bad day. What I care about is will they make it right? For me Mike, the owner, has always gone above and beyond to make sure I have been satisfied with their service and products. Highly recommended.
