Was referred to this location late in the evening for a flat tire situation on a leased vehicle which the dealership was unable to fix in a reasonable amount of time. Mike & staff were very helpful. They stayed late into the evening ensuring the tire gets fixed - even did a pressure test of the other 3 tires. Very satisfied and would recommend this location. Don't believe the negative reviews - they are related to previous owners.

I have been dealing with Mike (owner) for many years now and my experience has always been positive. He makes sure he goes out his way to ensure his customers are completely satisfied. I have witnessed this many times and Mike and his staff really take the time to educate and provide options to his clientèle. It is never a hard sell. His pricing is competitive and more important he solves problems. I continue doing business with him because of his integrity and knowing my car(s) will be fixed right the first time.

The team at Active Green + Ross at 1 Promenade Circle are the best! I have been to so many other auto repair shops in the GTA over the years and now after having been a customer of Mike Cira and his team for the past 8 years, I'm glad to say I have no reason to go elsewhere for all auto repairs & maintenance for both of my vehicles. Amazing team of Mechanics and front desk staff. Very helpful and committed to make sure your car and you heta the best service. I took my car in for brake replacement not only did they do an amazing job but found my front sub frame was cracked they gave me the options with price for me to decide. Naturally with the service price and trust I developed with them I let them do the work. They accommodated me with a Car and completed the work as promised. Great work all.

Maurice was on top of everything. Customer who purchased set of winter tires got into accident and I had to buy new tire rim and TPMS. Accommodated me with short notices many times.
