I was very satisfied with the service and professionalism of the staff. I didn't feel like they were trying to up sell me and genuinely had my best interest at heart. I would highly recommend this location for tune ups, repairs and tire swaps.

My name is Jamie I'm writing this from my girlfriend iPad, I had an amazing experience with Damian and his crew the other day . A family owned and operated business , Damian and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable ......It was fait that I had found this place. I had been searching for a good tire place , I had run into a complete stranger days before in the Yorkdale parking lot. We had the exact same truck and I was admiring his new tires and body lift. He told me about a mechanic named Rory who had done the work and how he used to work for Ford and had owned a Ford ranger in the past. Long story short , I drove over right after and Met both Damian and Rory ....it felt like I had know them for years!! After running around for a few parts I had my Ford ranger lifted a couple of inches had the beautiful new tires put on and the aligment done all for a very reasonable price. I had originally thought that Green and Ross was all tires but now I know that there a full service mechanic I'll be going there from now on. Thank you Damian and company! Jamie N , North York

Great tires at the best price I could find and the service was over and above anything I've experienced anywhere.

It was my honest mistake...NO CHARGE! I had borrowed my wife's car while she was out of town and ended up getting a flat in one of her new winter tires. She was sure she had purchased the winter set from Damian at this Green+Ross, and shared an entire story over the phone with me about the purchase experience a few months earlier. So I had the car dropped off here with Cameron, but they had no record of the purchase...nor did I, even after going through any car maintenance invoices at home. As it happens, we had purchased a new set of winter tires here for my son's car and another set from Costco, just around the corner, within a few days of one-another. We really thought both sets were purchased here. In the meantime, Cameron had one of the mechanics remove the tire, diagnose the problem, find the hole and then remount it, once I returned to the shop and explained the mixup. I asked him what I owed him for his trouble. He said "no charge!". I had truly expected to pay about $45 for the service, and was pleasantly surprised by his response. I think Cameron saw how stressed out I was, going back and forth trying to find the invoice, and taking time off work, and knew we were already customers. Well, that small positive exchange will surely have us coming back for more service in the future.

I am new to Toronto and was researching reliable mechanic shops in the GTA. I've known the owner Damian since elementary school and decided to trust them with my Mercedes AMG for a scheduled maintenance service. Damian assured me that they would be able to service the vehicle for all of the warranty requirements. All of the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and they even drove me to the airport and let me park the car at the shop while I was out of town. They charged a fair price and answered all of my questions. I will be bringing me car back for new tires in the winter and any upcoming scheduled maintenance. Highly recommended.
