I received my kit last week. I was not able to get the lid off the lancing device. I sent an email about this and a new one was sent out to me, free of charge. I received it yesterday. Used it for the first time this morning. It is so easy to use. The price is great, they reply back to you ASAP when you reach out to them and correct any issue you have. I set my lancing device to 3, to start. I didn't even feel the poke at all. I thought for sure I was going to need to set it higher, but the same amount of blood came out as my previous kit I was using, but less blood is needed for the Diathrive. I absolutely love it and would highly recommend this for anyone who is looking for a new device.

very affordable & easy to use

I've been using my new unit for the past week and it's excellent. I was using the relion meter & strips from Walmart, and was not pleased with them. It was a larger sample of blood and sometimes the meter would error which meant I had to do it again. Wasting strips and causing pain. If you are on the fence, give this a try you won't be disappointed and you'll be testing when you should. Your health will thank you for it 😀

I got my kit. I just love the Diathrive machine and that it takes a so little blood to get a good reading. I love that it is ok to test twice even three times aday as needed. I really recommend Diatrive.
